They expect Hatton will be reciting his wedding vows: To have and to hold

Hopefully, May Sr. has been teaching him not to over do the hugging. But I get the feeling that's what he'll do when he finds himself reeling from a Pacmanian onslaught.

Pac should take some tips from this video. Play Hatton at his own game, basically.

Hopkins does that all the time in most of his fights but doesn't get anything like the criticism Hatton does. Against Calzaghe it was his primary tactic.

to claim he is a dirty fighter is wrong. all boxers clinch its just that hatton likes hes fight up close and personal and instead of focusin on boxing uses hes strengh to hes advantage. if ricky can fight hes fight pacman is gonna get fcked up big time. ricky will bully manny all night on the inside and finish him with a body shot around the 9th i called it for ya bets welcomed
Haha, lmfao. To say that is a diss to James Toney, Joe Frazier, Julio Cesar Chavez Sr.

Bro, the reason Fatton holds is because he lacks skills. But this time, it may actually do him some good, because he's going against a naturally smaller guy whose biggest weapon is speed. Fast fighters rely on rhythm, and clinching the **** out of 'em tires 'em out and makes it difficult to get into a groove.

For those who say holding and hitting is good, no, it's illegal! And Fatton in my book holds far too much.

Bahh I don't know why people keep saying Manny is such a smaller guy. Hatton has a 1/2 inch height advantage. That's it. Manny has the advantage in EVERY other physical attribute. Frame, arm length, muscle mass, muscle/fat ratio, cardiovascular fitness, training regiment...and on top of that, he has significant speed and footwork advantages (personally, I think they should look into what's in Pac's water bottle, since he's evolved so much physically so late in his career).

Anyway, the reasons that people give for Hatton being a favorite- his size and style- I disagree and discredit completely. The only fighters that can take out Pac's aggressive offensive style is with an equally effective Defensive style, or a sigificantly better offensive style...neither of which hatton possesses.

I do, however, disagree that his tactics are dirty. Many other fighters have held and clinched, but the only ones who get mocked for it are the ones who are actually effective with it. I'll give Ricky all the props in the world if he can utilize his grab and go style against Pac.

                Pacquiao TKO 10

                  its a brit/aussie thing

the two fighters agreed to fight, they have both seen each other fight and know what to expect. end of.
it does not need any input from some bell end in the middle of nowheresville telling anyones trainer ****. hes only saying that because we threw their convicted ancestors away over two hundred years ago, their just sour about that and still thieving wankers!
its no good running to the referee before the fight and trying to steal it in the dressing room. (like in the mayweathervs hatton fight) cortez was told by billy graham that ricky likes to fight on the inside but, cortez in his wisdom decided that putting a few feet of daylight between them would make his job easier and this resulted in ricky not being able to fight his fight as floyd was hiding behind the referee the whole time until he managed to put rh off his focus and finsh him with a legitimate ko punch(fair play) but, had cortez have allowed close range fighting(which floyd wanted no part of) i think it may have ended differently. we will never know but, know this....it WILL be goodnight manny if ricky nails him and i think that will happen in the opening rounds.
one more thing, ricky does not have long arms so how is he supposed to hit the other bloke if he doesnt get close???? doh!!!

I agree... and unfortunately I still don't have the answer/s to that question.
