It was a monster, one of my favorite knockout shots of all time. I'd say it would've sank a Light Heavyweight with no problem at all. Duran had a great chin and he just disintegrated when it landed. It was one of those shots where you fear for the recipient's life.

I'm not sure it would've KO'd or knocked down a Heavyweight though.
