Nate Campbell isnt a lightweight. This fight cant happen because of his inability to make weight. Juan Diaz has nothing to be ashamed of. Campbell is a tough guy, he had an off night and loss, no big deal. That loss has lead to him a new promotional contract and millions of dollars to be made. For Nate Campbell, he declared Bankruptcy and just lost all of his belts. His career as a possible big name fighter is over.
Juan Diaz didn't have an off night. He fought the best fight he could and still got the beating off his life.

LOL @ people leaving the Arena during 6th round. People were chanting "Let's go Panthers, Let's Go!!" LOL

Highlight of the night IMO was the KO by the Puerto Rican Cruserweight (can't recall his name) that was on one of the undercards. Kinda a ****ty card.
      lmaooo great sig! haha

        Same way I had it.

I had it a draw. Ali Funeka should get mad props for coming to America to face a world champion that had a weight advantage. It was a good close fight and it was no where near a robbery. If you want to see a robbery look at the Cintron fight. Martinez could have did more by punching more than sticking his chin out but he clearly won the fight. I had the over 9.5 rounds so I was happy that I got that clear KO error. Look at Cintrons face, the ref clearly taking a point away for something minor to nothing in the last round of all rounds. Cintron bitching like he was suppose to get all the calls. Puerto Rico has had and has alot of great boxers and warriors sorry to tell you Kermit Cintron is not one of them. Martinez clearly won that fight.

no way. He tried to just brawl all night from frustration. Ineffective aggression that lead to getting busted up.

Umm, thats the definition of doing the best you can and getting an asswhooping.

He was out thrown, outlanded, out thought, out fought, out speeded, out punched. He was beaten in every way you can be beaten, and it wasn't for lack of skill or effort, or conditioning, or being sick.

Nate Campbell straight up beat the brakes off Juan Diaz. You are gonna have to learn to live with that because he will do it again if they ever rematch.

                  fight was close, 113-113.

for those of you acknowledging your scorecards and accepting others as possible, good on you.

for those who dont accept other possibilites for the guy you picked to win (or lose), you're wasting your breath. fight was too close for your arrogance to become law.

I felt like Funeka did enough to win but thats the way it goes these days in boxing....the bigger name wins those type of fights......the guy who can generate the most interest and money will get the benefit of doubt in any close fight!
