They didnt screw Funeka, Funeka screwed himself, didnt land enough, and looked like a scarecrow in there....he's got a future if he fights somebody with no pop, other than that, didnt see anything to separate him from the real beasts in 135

Now that you mention it, yeah actually. Good observation. Williams might have Funeka a bit in the footwork dept. though.

        The action yes...

There was no robbery, but the fight was close. Campbell did more damage, landed more often, and knocked him down twice.

Funeka only threw more and he was being blocked the entire fight. Great heart and great skills, but not enough to get a decision. Volume isn't everything kids.

meen, i think the fight was a draw... But Funeka is a though fighter, has a lot of skills and has a very good jab... maybe now that the titles are vacants he will get a shot soon. maybe in a future he could fought Edwin Valero, i think that could be a great fight!!

Anybody who says a draw is okay is out of their mind. Funeka was robbed in the worst way. He clearly showed that Nate Campbell is not a boxer he is simply a brawler which any boxing fan would've already known going into this fight. Not trying to take away from Campbell but Funeka outboxed him in a landslide. It's just sad that two knockdowns can dictate who wins and who loses. When Campbell has hit the deck he has stayed there, Ali got up and kept putting work in. Funeka's chin is tough! He was hit in the TEMPLE twice, not his chin. Just because Ali didn't rock Nate doesn't mean he can't rock anybody else from 130-140 (a la Zahir Raheem footage on youtube). Nate is a problem when he is in shape and he showed you tonight that although his boxing skills are terrible, he'll put folks on the deck. Funeka was robbed tonight because he clearly displayed the sweet science.

Not at all. Williams has more power at 154 than Funeka displayed at 135. Wright is a much cleaner boxer than Campbell, while Campbell has more power (at 135) than Wright (at any weight). I don't see Winky fighting Williams as Nate fought Funeka. It would be wholly out of character.
