Congratulations Nate Campbell! It sucks about the weight and the belts, but he stayed in the fight against a really tough opponent. (This was way closer to a draw obviously than Cintron vs. Martinez.)

Nate, repping for us old guys!

That was a great fight for sure. It is actually the best outcome that Nate won a close fight because Funeka will get a shot again at a belt because all the belts are vacent now so....... he will get a shot at picking up one without a doubt (I would think anyways). Nate needs to move quickly because he is not getting any younger, but he is one of the top names at 140 really and since he is comming up (and age) I am sure people will want to fight him.

After this, we can all agree...Funeka deserves another shot.

funeka has the type of head shape where concussions are easy when hit on the side of the head..so he will be a dude who gets knocked down ..but he has the skills footwork and combo punching to be a winner no doubt

I thought Nate was impressive. Remember he had to shed poundage to make weight (failed though), but unlike Guzrun, he didn't ***** out. He looked drained by the middle rounds, ****** it all up and gutted out a win against a decent opponent.

I was disappointed in Nate for the weight failure and found myself wantin Funeka to beat him, but he redeemed himself wit those last 2 rds. That was the kinda effort a champ is supposed to bring in a tough situation.

It reminded me of RJJ against Tarver 1st fight, where RJJ didn't have the energy but some how managed to come back
