..Best Thing Boxing Has Given You...

What's the best thing it has taught you, shown you or physically given you, for that matter?

For me personally, I don't know if this is the best thing, but it's actually made me a smarter person. It's taught me a lot of things, historically because boxing taught me these things in a way that interested me.

Interestingly enough, it also tauhgt me things geographically and nationalistic situations, as well.

1-Healthy lifestyle: I stop fighting years ago but I still training and sparring, so I'm always in great shape.

2-History: Like you, I've learned a lot of history.

3-Happy times: I remember when I was a kid my family always teaching me about Leonard, Hearns and Duran, watching them fighting was great. Now It's like a religion, I stop everything to watch my fights.

Entertainment. One can also pick up the bare basics of fighting fundamentals (punching and defense) just from watching.
