        On the basis of results over the last 5 years, it's definitely Hopkins.

        On the other hand, if you base it on current form, while Hopkins still looks fine, he hasn't impressed me the way Tszyu, PBF, Morales and even Jeff Lacy have.

        I say Hopkins on record, but PBF and Tszyu have a legit claim too based on how impressive they've looked.
