Promoter Gary Shaw has just informed BoxingScene.com that Nate Campbell has failed to make weight, for the second time, for tomorrow's mandatory scrap with Ali Funeka. Campbell hit the scales two hours ago and weighed 138-pounds, three pounds over the limit. He was given two hours to make good and came in at 137 1/2 on the second try. The fight is still going forward. Because Campbell failed to make weight, the IBF/WBO titles are only on the line for Funeka. If Campbell wins the fight, both titles will be declared vacant.
