I'm not saying Tony ever knew anything about the wraps, but If Tony started using hardned (not plastered) handwraps he started to do so after the Williams fight. His fights have been lasting less since then and looking a lot more brutal. Bethat as it may his other fights looked completly legit and his punches seemed to be of normal damage.
