You got to understand.. he is already dehydrated and lost a ton of weight. You can only drain out so much body weight. If you are fully hydrated it is very easy, when you are not it's hard.. There is no way he could lose 3 pounds of fat weight in 2 hours.

And how do you know how dehydrated Nate already is? This could simply be a situation where the scale he was using to make sure he was going to be on weight was not accurate, in which case shedding the rest of the weight would not pose much of a challenge.
