If this flies then everybody might as well hire a temporary trainer/hand wrapper (if that's allowed?) and if illegal padding gets detected plead innocence by being unaware. This is ridiculous. Also co-sign the possibility of bias by the WRC president. If another fighter got caught trying this on a fellow Mexican would he say anything.
