two different sports, i have respect for anyone who fights no matter what style but the fact is boxing is the king of the combat sports and has been for a while and always will be. look how big pride was in japan a few years ago and now went bankrupt and was bought by the ufc. the reason the numbers are so good for the pay per views is that the ufc is targeted for white men 13-45 and that happens to be the demograghic most likely to buy an event. but boxing is the king and always will be because most people dont want to watch grown men rolling around on the ground wearing tight shorts
