The lay off has nothing to do with his talent. Winky is going to be very rusty and that isnt a good thing going into a fight with Paul Williams.

If Winky is even at 75%, he should win. Peep game..

Williams defense is mediocre at best, I mean who doesnt T off on dude? He wins with work rate PERIOD. He has technical flaws all over the place(a weak pity pat jab, of balance when he throws punches, leaves him self open when he throws waay too much).. And isnt exactly the most skilled boxer either. Then you have the factor of Winky backing dude down like he DOES EVERYONE. No way in hell Pwill can fight going backwards, I mean Winky even backed Taylor up and peppered him up and JT is a better boxer than Pwill. Pwill just goes in and throw a bunch of punches wearing his opponents down. Winky is a solid dude at 160, and if Taylor wouldnt wear dude down or KO him, no way in hell Pwill can as Taylor hits A LOT HARDER and really couldnt get through Winkys guard as one would think. Winky will be fine. Pwills workrate will make for some close rounds indeed but the clean peppering of Pwills face will give Winky the MD or SD. I dont see a UD either way unless its a robbery.

Pwill's offense is his best defense. He has a little bit of head movement but is no defensive wizard. Winky will have to be at his best to win this. I got Pwill beating Winky up for 12 rounds with 1 knockdown in the fight. Pwill by UD.

Hopkins vs Pavlik? Are you serious? It was less than 6 mo since he went 12 rounds with Calzaghe and the most active he'd been since the second Taylor fight. Try again. 21 months is a long layoff for a 37 yo Wright, anyway you slice it. It will be Williams best win, but don't make it out to be more than it is.

Williams will be all over Winky from the opening bell...this was a dumb fight for Wink to take...2 year layoff....hes out doing tv shows...no tune up fight and then fights the 6-2....82 inch reach..southpaw...beast that is Paul Williams.
