Are we saying actual Canadians? or are we counting their imports like Bute, Diaconu, Pascal, Alcine, Stevenson, Dan Ion, etc etc etc.......
Benoit Gaudet is actually pretty good IMO.

Ricky Hatton only wants to be Canadian because of Lewis, so he shouldn't count

Outside of Hockey, Canada pretty much imports all its athletes from other countries.

Soon America will be claiming Mexicans as their fighters. I am surprised they are not doing the same for Puerto Ricans yet.

Benoit Gaudet is actually pretty good IMO.
Pascal, Alcine and Stevenson all had extensive amatuer careers in Canada which would classify them as Canadian.
Bute was admopted and has clearly stated that Montreal is home and he has no intentions moving back to Romania.
My favorite currents are Ngoudjo the warrior, I am a Molitor fan, and I could classify Bute as Canadian. I am also a follow Pascal and Troy Ross.
