Does anyone know if the commission has the power to withdraw Arum's US promotion licence for contempt, if he promotes Margarito in Mexico?

not sure but i hope they do and have the power to Void all his boxers contracts which they dont but that would make him think twice about Promoting a fighter on suspenion

raycorey once told us.. that if cotto didnt fight jennings his contract with top rank was over... but if he didnt.. then it was the end of his contract...
