Nevertheless, a large number of questions have been raised about Margarito recently, which may even make Williams' effort appear more impressive. Williams was the first truly convincing win over Margarito since his days as a prospect, a fact which should not be overlooked. I would definitely claim that Mosley's win was more impressive, but Williams overall has performed better against quite strong opposition in his recent string of fights. He still needs an over-the-top win to really put him over, but the delay in this happening is simply due to him not having an opportunity.

Pound for pound lists are subjective anyways, I just personally don't think he should be in there yet.

I'm arguing less for Williams to be on the list than against Mosley being rated so highly. I can't see Mosley higher than a 9 or 10 spot at best if Williams is left off the list. Another solid win and he will definitely be up there though.

I agree with you there, I think Mosley should be ranked in bottom half of the list and Williams could definitely get in after 1 more big win, maybe if he beats Winky, depending on how Winky looks.

Williams deserves to be in the top 10. I don't care what number but he does belong there. Beating Margarito, Quintana and Phillips, in different weight classes, is worthy, more so then Chad Dawson barely beating Glen Johnson and winning a UD over Tarver.

The real shame is no vic darchinyan. He DEFINITELY deserves to be ranked.

Other then that it's a good list.
