    Innocent Mistake

What happens when the results come out mid March and there's a hardening substance discovered in the pads? I think Margarito is done. If not legally, from a marketing perspective certainly.

As a fan I was so pround of his performance against Cotto. He took a beating early on and took it and then beat down his man. I admired him for it. But now with this, you can't help but think that the additional damage that the loaded wraps provided, really tipped that fight. Especially seeing how ineffectual his punches were against Mosley. For those of us who have spent a little time in the ring, being able to hit just a little harder is a huge difference in the dynamic of a fight and there's nothing innocent about that.

I feel bad for him and his family.

I don't buy the innocent mistake ****. This is bad for boxing. He's lucky he ain't banned 4 life, but his career at the top level is likely done.
