simple fact is this; in 20 years time he wont be remembered for not fighting chad dawson (will people remember chad in 20 years?)

He will be remembered for quitting the sport at the very top; something SO many fighters never do.

      Holyfield

      Roy Jones

      Oscar

      Barrera

the list goes on of true champions who never (but in time, will wish they had) quit on top.

      I completely applaud his decision.

It shows brains, and a respect for himself and the wishes of his family. What a fool he would be if he listened to some of the ****heads on this forum who accuse him of ducking/avoiding whoever they throw in the pot.

      46 fights.

      46 wins.

      unified champion.

and on a personal tip; BRITISH.

Mark my words, within ten years, it'll be SIR Joe Calzaghe.
