That's correct, it's like a medical suspension, the ABC (Association of Boxing Commissions) respect the decisions of all of the boxing commissions.

technically he's only banned in Cali BUT most other states honor bans like this

so he's pretty much ****ed unless NY wants to make an exception and allow the rematch in MSG. there is a ton of money to be made (especially puerto rican papis going to hope to see their man KO margie)
