Nah man, he's just saying they tampered with the evidence in an attempt to get that evidence thrown out the window. It's like a crime scene...if someone touches the evidence than the forensics get ****ed up and any conclusion they came to could be tainted.

Yea, I knew that if they tried to bring up the Cotto bout it would get tossed. This is a trial for January 24th, if they were going to investigate the Cotto bout it would be a whole seperate thing and would have to be the NSAC.

The NSAC already said they didnt see anything illegal and the win stands a while ago......

If they say that they didnt say that and it comes out that they did they are locked up for a couple of years...

Lying under oath is a big no no... I think that what the attorney is saying is true... He to could hvae his license taken away if it is found he is lying...

This is the BIG MAJOR part that needs to come out... that is the deciding factor in this case..

Yea I know, I was just referring to another thread where people were saying Cotto should get his zero back. And I basically said that there was no way it could be brought up in this trial. I wasn't trying to say he cheated in the Cotto fight or anythin...

Yeah but you know whats funny?....If there was blood on this old wrap and of course it was "old"....then from which previous boxing match was it from?
I know the Cotto haters will say...well it could have come from any other fight...ok well that would mean Cintron, or Johnson. But realistically it was from his most previous match. Haters can also say it was from sparring...but honestly why would Margarito want to punish sparring partners? Or beat them badly while training?

It was MOSLEY who had the plaster....his trainer went to Margo's to dupe them into believing he had the wrong wraps.....MOSLEY'S trainer carefully dropped the plaster from HIS pocket and said: HEY!! What's this?...lol

Then, MOSLEY'S trainer took the foreign object, ran with it and then put some more in a bag before turning it in to the proper authorities...

So now, Margo's attorney knows this and is proceeding accordingly....

If I had to guess, I'd say it's his own blood...how would Cotto's blood get on there? I'd say the hard wraps could have cut up Tony's hands...
