It seems like a lot of people are missing a key point in all of this:

I don't think it's a stretch to think Margarito used the wraps in his fight with Cotto.

Saying that someone from the commission saw nothing wrong with his wraps at the Cotto fight means nothing to me, why? The majority of these commission people are incompetent.

At the Mosley fight whomever it was that was representing the commission didn't catch the problem with the wraps themselves. ****m Richardson is the one who caught it and brought it up to the commision rep's attention.

If it wasn't for Mosleys trainer, Margarito would have been able to fight using the illegal wraps becuase the commision rep didn't notice the problem without someone else pointing it out to him.

To me all his previous wins are in question.

He didn't need to stir it up, but it was inevitable. Manny did seem kinda surprised when Lampley got loud about it. Based on his callin of the Cotto-Marg fight, Lampley must be lovin this ****.

Its not that people dont see it. I agree that he more than likely did use it in the Cotto fight, but my point was, was Lampley in the wrong to say what he said on the air.
