i dont think so, Morales talking about Manny Pacquiao came about when he was asked about his contract with Top Rank which recently expired and he renewed.

About the KO prediction its basically been taken out of context a little bit because what he said was that he has more confidence in his hands with the glove negotiations that went in their flavor that it would allow him the confidence to let his hands go increasing the chance for a KO.
