I don't think he'll go to jail. Suspension and a fine. But the clock's tickin on him. He's gonna lose a few years.

From what I read on here yesterday, a ban is off the table as far as disciplinary action goes for Margarito and his trainer. I am already skeptical with this process being on the up and up after I saw that. These kind of allegations should come with the penalty of an indefinite ban if proven by default.

If it was indeed Plaster of Paris what he had in his wraps, Margarito will get Ban and Capetillo, but if it was only hardened old Gauze, theyll probably be fined and Suspend for 1 or 2 years.

Margarito can walk away clean if they put the blame on Capetillo!!!!!!!!!!

if he's found guilty, the fight with cotto can still happen. it all depends if it was plaster or something else? it all relies on the magnitude of the situation.

They didn't get a high priced Lawyer for Margarito and his camp to get a clean slate, he's definitely getting something.

Any kind of suspension will kill the June date for the Cotto fight. Arum will find a new opponent for Cotto as he wants to take advantage of the Puerto Rican parade and the built in crowd and publicity it brings.
