You guys think it looks great?

Looks dated to me, models arent great, and it just looks like bumped up reflections...a glamorized FN3.

They said the reason the R&D took so long on this one is because they felt they needed realistic in fighting. I saw a video and it was explaining that all the past fights nights made infighting impossible because their was an invisible force field separating the fighters. They said that it will be gone in this new variation and that there will be realistic infighting and blows will land all over the body instead of right on the target everytime.

Lol @ the Brit in the comments on the link saying Calzaghe would beat Mike Tyson. Kid is probably one of our posters.

Well Ive seen those videos, but I still wish they would slow down the game pace to "realstic" levels,

its like playing NBA 2K9, or Madden.......its just too fast paced, I guess its just a video game thing, always was.

                .
I don't have a problem with the pace of the game, I have fought 10-12 rounds several times against other people when we were evenly matched.

What I don't like is the way a straight right hand can never do as much damage as a hook. And a hook never as much as an uppercut. It makes for unrealistic style. Say Wlad Klitschko was in the game and you wanted to fight the way he does in real life with a jab, straight and occasional left hook. You would get whomped on by anyone who just walked into you throwing power shots.

Yea I agree, I hate playing my buddy whose just a video gamer with zero knowledge of boxing.

I try to go there establish a jab, throw straight shots, or use some real tactics but it never works........the guy that wins is the guy who can use the analog stick the fastest...

I hope they fix it all up, actually try to make a sim out of it, not an arcade semi sim fight game.
