I doubt Freddie Roach really hurt anyone. Assault by definition is just making it clear that your intent is to attack or hurt someone. You don't even have to touch them.

I didn't read it before posting this thread. It was a slap on the nape of the neck. I thought it was something more serious like he beat the **** out of someone Mosley/Margarito style. LOL. You gotta be a fickle little ***** to sue someone over getting slapped on the nape of the neck.

this is the same bull**** as pac's driver's girl stealing money from pac. pac is surrounded by hanger-ons and roach is still more credible than these people
