Most fighters and promoters are only looking for low risk/high reward fights. Its become a business where they are only concerned about themselves, and not the fans. This is why UFC is picking up alot of fans. They actually put the fans first!

Its the era of ducking. But fighters now call it "looking for the fight that makes the most money". Pacquiao, Mayweather and other mega names are never gonna fight the best guys in their divisions, they're gonna fight the biggest names to generate the most money. It has ****ed up boxing and you all can thank DLH and GBP for this.

I wouldnt mention Mayweather's name along with Pac's in regards to stepping up to the plate for risky fights.

They ducked a lot more back then in the 50s and such so I would say no. The word duck is highly overused here.

Exactly. The truth is that promoters and TV networks make fights, not the boxers themselves. All most fighters care about is how much they get paid.

Mayweather was still getting big fights while avoiding high risk fighters. Now, he'll fight anyone that'll get him the most coin. Pac isn't exactly stepping up to face risky fighters. DLH and Hatton are not exactly the best guys to fight but he is cuz he's gonna get mad paid.
