Campbell reminds me a lot of Aaron Pryor in that he has that hungry, inner-city mentality. Very aggressive, seems to be very motivated by his hard life, trying to keep one step ahead of his demons by excelling in a boxing ring.

I look forward to making the trip down to Sunrise for the Funeka fight.

i like what he said about it not being hard to stay undefeated in this era of boxing, and that having losses on your record, and bouncing back from those losses is a huge test for a champion.

i think some fight fans get too caught up with that glittering "0" in the loss column. a guy like campbell might have some losses on his record, but it shows he's been through ranks the hard way. a guy with 5 losses who has fought the opposition that campbell has fought gets far more respect from me than a kid who's been protecting his "0" his entire career.
