Whats the name of the guy who officiated Bute vs Andrade and Urango vs Ngudjo???? I ve only seen him those 2 times and I can declair him incompetent. He officiated as bad as possible

You might want to watch a tape of the Whitaker-Savarese fight when he practically helped Lou get up after a knockdown and encouraged him as well.

If like Smoger, but i hope he is never involved in any ring tragedy, because he will take a lot of blame, if he does let a fighter take too much punishment etc.
