Raul Caiz Sr. He learned to ref in the Joe Cortez school of officiating. Rule number one, stick your nose in front of the camera, and try to get as much exposure as possible.

Whats the name of the guy who officiated Bute vs Andrade and Urango vs Ngudjo???? I ve only seen him those 2 times and I can declair him incompetent. He officiated as bad as possible
