i dont think PW was ducking anyone and tbh i dont think anyone was ducking him - theres likes of berto, collazo and clottey would have all fought him at 147. but williams was finind it harder to make 147 and i think he was looking for the fight with margarito, another wi over marg would have cemented his status as the man to beat 147.

however that fight wasn't being made and PW did the smart thing and moved onto bigger and better things. hes now considered a major player at 154 with his victory over verno phillips and another W over winky would luch him into the mainstream.

i would have said that marg could possibly williams but the hand wrap controversy makes it murky waters, the comission should have really cleared that up by now. i think just about everyone would have lost to PW, collazo and clottey would have lost out in terms of workrate. berto is still a little bit green imo, he has a alot to learn and has never face someone with PW's size, sugar shane never does well against taller opponents either.

clottey and collazo are not gr8 money fights tho.....I thought he would have cleared up the division after that rematch massacre of quintana lol I like berto aswell but I agree with you he still has a lot 2 learn.I think pw could make himself a big name in boxing as long as he dosent step up 2 high a weight
