          Vitali is the best fighter to come out of the USSR, but the most accomplished is Wladimir.

          edit: I missed Tzsyu on that list and when I was considering the question. Vitali is the best, Kostya the most accomplished.

            kostya tszyu for me.

            jirov was also one of the best skilled.

            vassiliy is terribly underrated but oh well he was at 190.

            just my opinion but prime vs. prime......vassiliy beats haye and gomez at 190.

                    I agree completely. Vitali is the best, but Tszyu is the most accomplished. When you look at it, Vitali and Kostya's fighting stances are VERY similar. They both have the spread-legged robotic, all one-two offense stance.
