The only reasons Hatton has stayed in or around the Top 10 is because of a corrupt and tainted win over Tszyu in 2005...it's disgusting how screwing an old Tszyu made him famous...

and that was almost 4 YEARS AGO....just riding on that win since then....the reason he's still in The Ring's list today (one of the minority that have him in the Top 10 btw) is because it was acquired by GBP....Ricky is obviously tonguing Oscar's brown eye just the way he likes it....

Vic is the only 115 pound champion at the moment. That makes him worthy of a spot in the top ten.
Hatton is probably in the top 20 somewhere but until he fights good punchers at light welterweight again and starts cleaning out his division, he won't reach the top ten.
