and like i said, mexico does not care about boxing, in puerto rico, the amateur program is 10x better, in mexico its ****, thats why we got fighters like margarito, chavez, etc turning pro when their kids.

mexico's population is 27 time bigger than puerto rico
olympic medal in boxing. puerto rico has 1 per every 66,000 people that live in the island, while mexico 1 per every 9 million

Not to mention that Puerto Rico has had a Champion in every weight division.

Not many others can say that.
