              He is all heart. He was outgunned all night but never quit trying and he never gave up. I would have liked to have seen this fight a few years ago before Arce started slipping. He wouldnt have won, but he would have made it a classic. He just didnt have anything for Vic tonight. He was tired and off balance already half way through the 2nd round.
