Gorres Knocked down and drew with Darch.
Mijares and Arce didn't even win a round against him.

lol its funny listening to posts like this. Darchinyan didnt lose because he was ****y, he lost because he didnt know what to do against the counter left hook. Nonito was landing that signature punch throught the WHOLE fight. and to be honest, Darchinyan only won one round (and thats being generous). Darchinyan is used to discouraging fighters with his power and usually doesnt need to cover up after he attacks. Donaire IMO was too fast for Darchinyan. Every single feint Nonito did, Darchinyan was falling for it.

Darchinyan did everything to bully Nonito but Nonito just can't be bullied. The commentators are amazed how Nonito looked confident and comfortable infront of Darchinyan. Even when some of Darchinyan's punches connected Nonito, he remained calm and did not panic, he waited patiently for Vic to make a mistake and I suppose all you guys already know what happened next.

I give much credit and respect to Darchinyan for coming back from that loss, and winning the belts. He did make some improvements but then made the same mistakes again whenever he gets tagged.

I'm not expecting for the rematch to happen but I have my hopes...

I liked Z Gorres, he moves well around the ring.. he learned a few tricks from Freddie Roach and that's about it. A draw is not something to be proud of as far as fighters are concerned... a draw means that fighters trained hard for nothing. And to some fighters... they prefer losing than to suffer a draw... at least in losses you have closure.

Gorres is a highly technical Boxer. he just don't have the KO punch & Granite chin. If you call him a Bum, then Arce & Mijares could be called a very unskilled Bum!!Much worst than Gorres.

Would be a great fight and I would pick Darchinyan to win, but Shaw has made everyone aware of his small character by denying the possiblility. So sorry, but the producer wins by KO.
