for a second i thought it was Mijares but after Vic said Arce will destroy you it couldn't be Mijares. Montiel is available but I would definately want the Nonito fight instead.

Im not sure, but who else could it be Donaire's in the Phillipines so it's not him. Don't really know if it's Montiel now either I forgot he moved up to bantamweight. So who know's hopefully it will be explained later.

Looking at the Ring mags top 10, since his from Los Angeles, its probably Jose Navarro. Anaheim is just down the 5 freeway.

My other guess is Z Gorres but his not in LA at this time.
