    is it time for the young fighters to step it up?

    when are some of the young guns like ward gonna step up and fight some talent.he and a few others seem talented enough but its hard to tell with the opponents they are given

    boxing needs some young fighters to be excited about.

    who are some of the young fighters you guys think will be elite one day?

    Yes defiantly but, i would prefer these guys to take it fairly slow and have a great pedigree and lots of experience and therefore be around for a few years, rather than be rushed into title fights based on there amazing talents and potential and be a flash in the pan

      Ward doesnt look ready for the top 5. He looked okay at best tonight. I doubt he steps up anytime soon.

                  Linares is my favorite prospect(not sure if hes that anymore, he has a belt). The guy is flawless. Hes recovered from the injury and I hope to see him in big fights in 2009.
