Should there be a Super Heavyweight divison these days ?

I think so, because then we can pigeon hole these big dopey ****s into one division and see some real exciting match ups for a change.

Lol, I agree. Anything that would remove Valuev from the current heavyweight division would be agreeable. Imagine him a world champion during the time of Ali or Foreman.

        Yeah i know.

In theory you would think the spectacle of a 7ft+ Boxer fighting a 6ft fighter might be worth watching, but when you see how boring some of these Russians are it makes you think Boxing fans would get more enjoyment out of watching two guys of a similar stature who can actually fight.

yeah it never seemed fair that a few pounds seem to make all the difference in lighter weight classes but when people like byrd and tyson were outweighed by 30 pounds it shouldnt matter.

I kind of like David vs Goliath tussles.

But I'm f.ucked if I'd want to be David.

You guys want another division????? Dude, don't we have enough divisions already. Lets get down to 8 divisions and make champions atleast recognizable. 1 champ per division would help a lot too. **** anything with the name Super or Junior.

I think Lewis was a great fighter, but what made him greater was the sheer size of the man. I mean Holyfield was never gonna beat Lewis the man was just too big for him. Of coarse there are certain times when the little man will prevail, but 9/10 a good big en beats a good little en.

Take Bowe vs Holyfield 1, both guys at thier prime, very best and the size difference was the biggest factor in the outcome.

I think Viltali would give other all time great HW trouble just based on the pure size of the man, but take away his size and put him in a 6ft 220lbs body and he, becomes very beatable.

I wouldnt be interested in a division full of lumbering giants or just obese 35 years olds; i'm half tempted to say there should be an upper weight limit on the HW division, not allowing members in over a certain weight.

But thats just me; i can barely take the HW division as it is, nevermind with another, bigger/slower division above it.
