Anyway, boxing needs to step up, big. Other sports have taken action against its biggest stars. Baseball has gone on a steroid cleanup, Olympic Committee has banned Michael Phelps(8 time gold medalist) for the next Olympics and endorser(s) have dropped him as well.


It would be ashame, if Margarita gets awarded with a rematch against Cotto!

I say ban Margarita's @ss for two years and slap him and his team with a fine, no ifs, and or buts.

it all depends if margarito knew his trainer was in fact loading his gloves. if he didnt then he'll just get a slap on the wrist. this will be after a lengthy investigation...

yeah, just like barry bonds. Did he KNOWINGLY know he was taking steroids? Did Margacheato KNOWINGLY know his gloves were being loaded? The feds will use taxpayer's dollars to launch an inconclusive investigation that will bring them back to square one. Gotta love the U.S.

I just can't buy the story of "not knowing about it".

That's just like some of these baseball players who say they didn't know what they were getting injected with.

The only people that buy into the excuse of the athlete not knowing anything, are people who were born yesterday.

Going back to boxing, I'd like to ask you if you've ever competed in boxing at any level?

If so, you'd know that the only thing that should be used when wrapping hands, are tape and gauze, what else could a fighter possibly need besides tape & f**kin' gauze?!

And also, I've worn a cast before, so I know exactly what that **** is, and if a trainer of mine were to use that **** to wrap my hands, I'd know he's doing something illegal.
