Chambers will start well imo he seems to throw a fair number of good counter punches early and Peter has always been very open, but after about 4-5 rounds Chambers normally does nothing, peter will then start to land that slow jab and win some of the latter rounds. i think it depends on Chambers if he improves his work rate in the late rounds he will win if not it will be a SD either way, i will prob lean towards Chambers close decsion.

I love it - the kind of matchup the heavyweight division needs!
this fight amused me when they annouced it on FNFs, such a pointless fight but still interesting. Chambers either avoids and boxes all night but if Peter lands something solid probably over, still neither of these guys has any real chance of being the undisputed champ.

Here is how this fight would actually go: Chambers is going to stand there and catch punches for 10 rounds. He won't throw back enough to win very many rounds and he also won't give Peter enough to get stopped. There will be a lot of Peter getting frustrated and he'll lose a point or two, but it won't have mattered because Chambers would have handed him almost every round. It'll be like the Povetkin find except a little more wild and Chambers will be even more scared for it.

It's not irrational, it's just that Chambers has more potential than Peters. Against Povetkin, Chambers was winning the first 4 rounds and then he suddenly quit fighting after that. And from what I've seen his punch output has improved in last fights, granted they were D level fighters. You won't be disappointed though, I know his punch output will definitely be higher and I expect him to win. But hey anything can happen.

There will never be an undisputed champ with all those belts. Chambers can win a belt without fighting any of the Klitschko's.

i want fast eddie to win!
but have no faith in him till
he gets rid of his dad out of his corner!

too many times i've seen the wierdness of his dad, on camera,
swear and call eddie names and pick on him. and eddie going back out there
doing the exact opposite of what his dad told him for spitefullness. wierd.
            he's holding him back!

Fast Eddie is gonna outwork and outwit this slow ploddin african brother. Peter is just a name fighters can live off of. I was hoping that Arreola could've fought him and Chambers somebody a little higher in the ratings but hey this will still be a good fight.

It depends on how much Peter has left, physically and mentally. Stylistically, this is a tough fight for Peter, that high guard can block most of Peter's shots and Chamber's straighter punches could win him rounds but if Peter comes in in shape and if he's mentally into the fight, he would probably win.

A win over Peter will establish Chambers as a bona fide top ten contender - this is a big opportunity for him.
