Fighters like Naz burn out quickly
but what an amazing little fighter he was...
Yeah its unforunate how is career went,
and he had only himself to blame for that aswell.
He was one of a kind and could of been an ATG featherweight if he hadnt of let his ego get to him,
but i suppose thats what made him and thats what broke him aswell

I also miss Naz. His fight against Kelly was the first live fight I ever went to, and I have been a fanatic of the sweet science ever since.

No doubt. Unlike a lot of fighter naseem has never been busted up it would suck to see him come back and get knocked out.

BTW his interview after the Sanchez fight was hilarious.

It was ****kin awsome, At first half of the people wanted him to lose, then they saw his entance which changed all that, then he took too long so people wanted him to lose, but when he knocked kelly out he was given his props. Its also odd seeing a featherweight have billboards in Tines square. Naseem truly had it all. Charisma, character, appeal, and a brutal punch.

Let me point out a few things on hamed

                    1. Hamed didnt even train during that time even to the point it forced emmanuel steward to threaten to walk out from his camp. Hamed didnt care about the sport much like floyd. He left some classic fights on the table like a showdown with Morales, Pacquiao, Tapia, Ayala, Marquez, and Israel Vasquez.

                    2. Hamed at that weight had way more power than pacquiao. To top it off he was one of the only fighters ever to have 1 punch KO power in both hands. I mean there were some iron chin guys that prince took out quick.

                    3. That hamed that showed up could have beaten barrera and while barrera looked nice is some of the later rounds it was by no means one side. If Hamed would have threw 2 or 3 punch combos he would have KO'd barrera. Even the announcers kept mentioning that every time he would throw a punch he would freeze barrera up and if he would have followed up he would have knocked him out.

Here is how I see it. Hamed is the most talented featherweight ever. While pac is powerfull and fast Hamed has more power and can bring it from both hands and all type of angles. Hamed Is also a faster puncher and has better lateral movement and footwork.

Pac advantages are that he isnt as wild and fast enough to catch naz especial when naz drops he hand and is off balance(which naz is notorious for). I also think Pac is a more technical fighter. What I see happening is pac seeing openings and making this into a back and forth slug fest. I dont think he has the discipline to beat him and if its a slug fest Naz kills him. I just think of all the times Marquez was able to catch pac when pac was coming in and think Naz is 10x faster and it would only take one punch to make to put him to bed.
