Who do you rank higher??? Nonito Donaire or Vic Darchinyan???

Out of these two very talented boxers who do you rank higer in terms of skills/charisma/achievement? I know they both fought each other and Donaire knocked Darchinyan the fuck out, but I rank Darchinyan higher. Its for the simple fact of how they both have looked after their fight. Donaire came back to stop Luis Maldonado (whom Darchinyan had already stopped) and then struggle against Moruti Mthalane. Darchinyan on the other hand has fought 3 ranked fighters in a row and a journeyman (Federico Catubay). He drew against Z Gorres, a fight in which many people thought he won, knocked Dimitri Kirilov in 5 and spoiled Christian Mijares' party when he blew him out in 9. So who do you got as the better fight now???

I wouldn't describe Vic as charismatic necessarily...but his **** is entertaining to a point. Skills goes to Nonito. Achievements, though, goes to Darchinyan.

I'm a fan of Donaire, but I rank Vic higher on the basis of having accomplished more (so far). And he's certainly more of a draw.

I have to agree with you 100% on this one. I use to hate Vic, but lately he has been talking the talk and walking the walk.

Vic just unified his division and should be in the top 10 p4p imo. Trumps what Donaire's done, includin knockin him out.

We're in the same boat. Never was a fan...was happy to see him knocked on his ass by Donaire. But the mental toughness he's shown in recovering from it, his application to improvement, have won my respect.
