I cant believe there is even a debate about these two guys.
Bernard would absouletly outclass this sloppy brawler had they fought at a catchweight in the cruiserweight division.

People just assume Rocky would beat Popkins because of a slight weight advantage and more importantly based on his name and historical significance.
But any techincal boxing fan who's actually boxed before would see that Rocky Sloppiano would be beaten up for 12 rounds and wouldnt lay a damn glove on Popkins.

If someone like Roy Jones had trouble hitting Bernard how would Rocky even come close to hurting him? Has Bernard ever even been hurt?
People need to remember that if they ever did step in the ring Bernard would make Rocky look small, not the other way round. Bernard is 2 inches taller and would probably be more muscular than sloppiano, people thought LHW was too high for Hopkins but there ignorance was exposed.
LHW to Cruiserweight is hardly impossible
