What's your thoughts and how would you rate a fighter like Fernando Vargas?

Youngest champion at 19 i believe.. Had all the potential in the world, had a ton of heart and hard punches. Only when he faced top opposition he always came short, except for when he fought Winky Wright.

What's your thoughts about this fighter?

Dude was damn good, just acme up short against the big names. He mighta done better had he not run into Feliz so early in his career. he put up a good fight in all his losses tho, sans the SSM rematch where he got owned.
