You do realise everytime you say this, you pretty much argue the case and underline exactly why Pavlik would not win, and Calzaghe would.

Calzaghe has a very tough chin, has taken flush shots from Kessler and gone un phased, those are roughly as hard as Pavlik hits, and that's just one opponent. He's taken good shots before in his career from punchers and been fine, and even from LHW's after that. Pavliks a MW and couldn't even land on a slower Hopkins. How the hell does he hurt Calzaghe when Calzaghe's taken those fine, and how the hell does he even land them in the first place given all this.

Dude, your absolutely ridiculous in objectively looking at styles of fight match ups clearly. Certainly this one anyway.

The fight happened... What are you talking about? When Calzaghe beat Hopkins he took control of his soul. It was Joe in the ring that night. Isn't it a bit odd that a Hopkins fight was actually exciting for once?

Which he could've redeemed by electing to finish his career fighting a Dawson who represents multiple times more of a legitimate threat than Pavlik ever did. But he didn't.

        Disappointed.

Again, Joke's career choices encapsulated in one example.

            He could've.

            But he DIDN'T.

All he had to do was say yes and that fight would have been made.

At the end of the day Joke, you DIDN'T.
It wasnt even a legitimate fight to make.

              And RJJ was?

Team Pavlik wanted the fight. Team Joke didn't.

If Bernard could fight Pavlik, then why couldn't Joke?

Let me guess, he didn't bring enough money, he didn't deserve it, Joke wouldn't have got the credit for a win, blah blah blah, take it somewhere else.

if calzaque thinks he can beat kelly so bad, then why doesn't he? it would get him A LOT of money, make people consider him a better fight, and get him some belts. i mean seriously, he ducked him.

A fight with someone who Joe claimed to be shot to pieces or a young prime P4P{at the time} champion, which one would of actually made a difference in Joe's career? It helped Hopkins rise a few notches in the rankings, I am sure it would of done the same for Joe.

FYI It would of been the first top ten P4P fighter Calzaghe has beat.

Joe could of made it look easy. I don't know why he didn't take it......
