both fighters have had past weaknesses exposed but both are clever fighters and will have worked on this but like i say i think pacman will have that little bit to much for hatton and think its a tko in the 9-10th round for manny but as for ppl saying hattons a one trick pony its hard to say because hes not done much since the loss to mayweather but he says hes learned a few tricks and roach says there gonna take away his best weapon i think maybe hattons camp will expect that and maybe have a different game plan but only time will tell ... on that note how do u bet points on here i see ppl doing it and wouldnt mind a go my self lol

hatton's best work isnt his body punching, its his wrestling moves.

pac has to catch hatton coming in, cause after hatton is close he will clinch. the only offense in the fight will come when hatton is charging in, thats where the actual "fight" will take place.... who ever wins those moments will win the fight.

come on roach man. you are a good trainer and all but why give your gameplan away. If i know your game plan then Hatton certainly does as well and is working on strategies to counter you.
Why dont you just zip it up. Turn up on the night and do the business there.

            ******ed statement of the day.

            Pac TKO 9 Hatton.
Your obviously the ******ed one because you couldn't read passed the line. When I watched the Hatton/Malignaggi fight he didn't hurt Malignaggi with body shots he surprised him by working his jab & moving his head when he was getting close totally confusing Pauli because he didn't think Hatton could improve & was quoted as saying he knew what to expect from Hatton but clearly couldn't handle the speed, power and new teachings of Floyd Sr. Yes Pacquiao has a chance to win but what makes him such a big favorite? Hatton is the unbeatable man at 140, has power, speed and only lost to 1 fighter who happens to be the best technical, defensive, counter puncher on the planet. Manny Pacquiao has been hit in every fight except Diaz/De La Hoya FLUSH & has been wobbled or knocked down. Hatton has the power, aggressiveness & speed to be a problem for Manny. Why is it so hard to see? Because of Pacquiao's HYPE? At this point I feel the fight can go either way. I feel Freddie Roach is thinking about the old Hatton & really doesn't know what to expect from the new one.

Judging by what he says in public, but behind the scenes I doubt Roach would underestimate Hatton, he's too much of a professional. He'll have watched the Paulie fight, and he'll take into account the fact that Ricky has a much better trainer now.

I am not usually considered a Hatton fan. I do however believe he will beat Manny. I even think it will be knockout round 5 or 6. I have been wrong before but I think Ricky is too strong and not as one dimensional as everyone thinks. I also think the win over Oscar has been overblown beyond its real world meaning.

Again I actually enjoy watching Manny more then Ricky but I just don't buy Manny beating Ricky. We will see. I just hope it is a good fight!

Everybody knows that Hatton's biggest weapon in the ring is the way he fights. He is one of the dirtiest fighter out there. He will do anything for a win.
If this can be brought to the attention of the would be referee of the scheduled fight and the referee will do all the preventive measures to stop Hatton in executing dirty moves then this will be an exciting event.

There is no "OLD AND NEW HATTON". When Hatton is fighting someone that can hurt him, he holds and wrestles, period. When he's fighting someone who can't like Malignaggi, he boxes.

He will try holding and wrestling against Pac and hopefully we won't have a referee that will let him cheat like he usually does.

I pretty much agree with you in regards to that De La Hoya win being WAY over blown making Manny a super Man. When in actuality JMM gave him 2 tough battles that he barely escaped from after knocking JMM down a combined 4 times in both matches. Hatton is stronger than JMM and fighting comfortably at 140 with Floyd Sr in his corner (a DEFENSIVE TRAINER). Do I think Pacquaio has a good chance of winning? I do but I also believe Hatton has a good chance of winning as well. I just don't think it will be as easy as everyone thinks it will be in favor of Manny.
