My Nostradamus moment... Paul Williams throws a lot of slap punches, Winky will cover up for 75% of the fight and Block most of the onslaught. Winky will go to the ropes where he will get the better of Williams but Winky will throw a limited amount of punches and lose a decision. Winky will then Claim he Got Robbed and Cry about it for a year or more. Final Predicition Williams wins in the Years most boring fight by decision....sorry i ruined it for you guys but i do care about who wins but not about watching the fight

So Winky couldn't handle it at light-heavyweight so in his next fight he faces a welterweight.

Oh please....Winky is a 160 pound fighter period. He was great at 154 and is great at 160 but he shouldn't be fighting at LHW anyway. Paul Williams is a huge WW and I would have to say is a solid 160 fighter. It's likely someday we'll see Williams very competetive at 175.....Winky is not picking on a WW in this instance....thats just silly to think. For the record Winky wins this by UD.
