Id say frank warren i dont feel he has his fighters well being at heart its all about the money hes a snake altho don king had the worst hair lol

How can Frank Warren be known as the worst promoter ever? He's had lots of world champions over the years, he's made fighters millons, he sold out arena's all over britain, and is veiwed many as the best in britian and one of the best on the world.

And at the end of the day does virtually any promoter have his fighter's well being at heart? These not many, but it does not make him a bad promoter.
