You can make a very strong case that he deserves to be on there.

It doesn't really matter because after he beats Arce he WILL be ranked top 10, I guarantee you that.

And if he loses, then well he never really belonged there in the first place.

He's hammering on the door. And if he moves up to bantam and starts doing business there like he claims he's gonna...they won't be able to hold him off.

I'm in the position of almost rooting for Vic to keep on this rejuvenated trail he's blazing...never having been a fan prior to his loss to Donaire.

You got a point but mosley, Cotto, have been proven and their claims to fame and accomplishments where above and beyond Mijares beating on overrated "for this age and time" Arce. Margarito is under investigation and I have always found him too overrated.. I believe fishy things were going on againts Cotto and Cintron. You just don't plaster your wraps for one fight unless you've gotten away with it in the past. Vic needs to move up and beat guys like Vasquez... Nobody in his division will get him on the #for # list.
