Honestly, after Hatton was deducted the point for supposedly hitting Floyd in the back of the head, I would not have held it against Hatton had he quit right then and there and on the spot. If Cortez was not on the take then Cortez and Floyd must be lovers. When Hatton turned around and bent over in front of both Floyd and Cortez as to motion you guys want to phuk me? Here I am. I wish Hatton would have just quit and I am sure he has to be thinking the same thing. Why didn't I just quit!? It was obvious I was fighting against two people and not just one.Hatton HATES the fact he was KO’d by Floyd
Hatton hates the fact he was KO’D by Mayweather who is a feather fisted, loud mouthed, arrogant, ****y American. What makes it even worse is that how he was knocked out. Running into a beautiful left check hook. After that head first into the turnbuckle, and the icing on the cake was his corner throwing in the towel.
Hatton was modelled as the silence brawler with a quite confidence. He was made out to be like a “British Bulldog” who had the style to beat Floyd. Hatton was likeable and make some great jokes along the press tour. The way he slitted his throat throws Mayweather was single handily the greatest promotion toll ever. When people saw that they fought it was over for the Pretty Boy. The whole UK was riding on Hatton. The hopes of a nation, the dreams of an empire and greatness for their favourite son was only 12 rounds away. Thousands crossed the pond thinking they would see an ATG night for British boxing. They spend their money to travel, money to buy the PVV, Woke up early in the morning to watch the fight.
To be destroyed by the turnbuckle.
THERE IS ONLY ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNE FLOYD MAYWEATHER
I enjoyed writing this as much as you enjoyed reading thisComment

Hatton was however knocked out as an amateur late is his amateur career but he is a pretty tough SOB. Floyd was repeatedly chocking Hatton at the throat with his elbow and that alone has to take it's toll, not to mention Floyd was also constantly forcing Hatton's head down which also takes a lot out of a fighter. Floyd did so many things illegal in that fight. Floyd is nothing more than a little biatch. There is nothing great about Floyd other than his little defense but that is because he never faced any one who was a real threat at the higher weight class.Comment

Most people here never saw Floyd fight before the Hoya fight. At 135 Floyd was stopping Mexican warriors and knocking them out, fast. He has power. Of course that power wouldn't show against the 154 pound version of Oscar, who according to many put up a performance "capable of defeating anyone else on that night", according to HBO, who you know, it's not all over Floyd's nuts. In my opinion it's a bit unfair how boxing goes these days. Had Hatton beat Floyd somehow he would be the GOAT which is not true, he's good but not the GOAT. The p4p ranking are more like a bilboard music chart than an indicator of who's really (or was) the best fighter. This really takes away much of Boxing's credibility as it's very hard to understand who's who in boxing because we have so many champions, fighters and such.
A system like UFC would be marvelous for boxing. In the UFC if a fighter loses 2 or 3 straight matches he's KICKED OUT. Thus there are no tomato cans around to pad records and make people look like something they're not. In addition every single match that happens has a meaning, it's a real battle, there are no tuneup kinds of matches for anyone, wasting everyone's time. Sven Ottke would just not be possible to fabricate under UFC. When people ask you, who's the best MMA fighter pound for pound you know who they are. And they are for real: Anderson Silva, George St. Pierre, Fedor Emilianenko, on and on. People can argue: Hey but Fedor (most loved by far) is the best he is so dominant. Really? Lets take a quick look at Fedor's last 2 year record: Matt Lideland: Good fighter indeed, but a middleweight. A 37 year old middleweight too; Hong Man Choi: As a follower of K1 i know everything about Choi, he is a uncoordinated giant making his debut in MMA. Was never a good K1 fighter; Tim Sylvia: Was kicked out of the UFC, but was their champion. Was also beat by 45 year old Randy Couture an KOED Arlovsky twice, who's the best fighter Fedor fought in the last 2 years. Only him too was kicked out of the UFC prior to the fight :S
This really ends all discussion about ranks and who's the best in MMA and ****, if that matters. In boxing, factual information is very confusing and complex and people tend to assume ridiculous ****. A UFC for boxing would however be almost impossible because fighters get a **** load of money no single promoter can pay. The reason you have ****ty undercards is also this one.Comment
